The environmental impact assessment of the sulfur-containing gas risk prevention and control emergency disposal device project of Luoyang Lida Chemical Co., Ltd. has begun. According to the provisions of the Ministry Order No. 4 of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, the public participation activities of the project are carried out. Project overview: in order to ensure safe production, a set of sulfur-containing gas emergency disposal and recovery sulfur device will be built for emergency disposal of sulfur-containing flue gas in the system in the event of an accident in the production line. Claus method will be used to recover sulfur-containing flue gas and convert it into sulfur. A small amount of tail gas will be discharged up to standard after further desulfurization treatment, thus improving the risk prevention and control level of enterprises and reducing environmental risks.
Existing works: 1 30000 t/a barium carbonate production line and 1 10000t/a thiourea production line
Barium carbonate production line main environmental protection measures:
① Raw material crushing and screening dust is discharged through a 15m high exhaust cylinder after being treated by a bag filter.
② The feeding dust of rotary kiln is fed by a closed hoist, and the feeding hopper and blanking port are provided with semi-closed covers. The flue gas generated by rotary kiln roasting passes through gravity settling chamber → waste heat boiler → bag type dust removal → sodium alkali desulfurization and purification device, and then is discharged by 25m exhaust cylinder. After being purified by three-stage cyclone dust bag dust collector, the barium carbonate packaging exhaust gas is discharged by 15m high exhaust cylinder.
③ The barium carbonate slurry centrifugal wastewater, soft water system drainage, waste heat boiler drainage and desulfurization system sewage are all recycled to the leaching section and are not discharged. After being treated by the septic tank in the plant area, the domestic sewage shall be cleaned regularly and removed from the fertile fields by nearby villagers.
Thiourea production line main environmental protection measures:
① The tail gas of the synthetic kettle is discharged through a 40m high exhaust cylinder; the dry packaging tail gas is discharged through a 15m exhaust cylinder after the thiourea is recovered by a cyclone bag filter.
② The production wastewater of the project includes slag washing wastewater, ammonia refrigeration unit condenser wastewater and water pump wastewater, all of which are recycled and not discharged.
③ In the production process, the lime nitrogen slag is used for burning bricks, and the domestic waste is handed over to the sanitation department for disposal.
